In your MapsActivity.java file, I did some changes from my side:-

  1. Change in decoding Polylines method
  2. Change ValueAnimator DELAY param.
  3. Calculation of New Lat & Lng was not correct. We can use some custom LatLngInterPolator also. but this working fine.
  4. Computing heading was also changed.
