This PR includes changes to the Dockerfile to get
docker-compose buildto work without errors.I found that scrolling sideways left the heading for the project scrolling out of view when view a Project page. Now the
renderHeading()exists outside theoverflow-x-autocontainer.As a result of changing
webapp/src/pages/ProjectPage.tsx, I saw duplicate code related to copying URLs to the clipboard, so refactored this, too.
