I'm going to merge this, as the CI doesn't cover documentation building (I tested it locally and made sure it formats correctly) and I'm pretty sure it's an improvement that I want to have in there before the students start installing stuff tomorrow. |

This adds a few more small improvements to the installation docs. Perhaps the most relevant one is that I've moved the extra options to
conda createto ensure we getconda-forgeas the channel from the documentation to./setup, because it was inconsistent and the latter place is where they belong.I'm also removing the obsolete CUDA installation page that was confusing people, so this fixes #1174.
