Description

This PR updates the Drizzle config to enable PostGIS by adding extensionsFilters: ["postgis"]. This ignores PostGIS' internal tables during push/pull.

Summary by cubic

Enable PostGIS in Drizzle by filtering PostGIS extension tables, so internal PostGIS objects are ignored during push/pull and schema introspection. This prevents accidental diffs and migration noise from PostGIS objects.
