Comprehensive RNA-Seq analysis to identify molecular mechanisms of patterned wood formation.
- Scale: Assembly of 13 transcriptomes (B. pendula & var. carelica) and reference-based mapping of 60 samples.
- Results: Identified 1,103 DEGs associated with programmed cell death and stress response.
- Data: Submitted to NCBI BioProject (PRJNA1173919, PRJNA1328362).
