Add Linear issue board, inspector, and workflow management to the TUI. Wire up ~50 Linear-specific message handlers in app_input_linear.go that route board, issue, approval, git ops, diff, PR, OAuth, filter, and dialog messages to their handler functions. Extend handleDialogResult with Linear dialog IDs. Wire handleAgentStopped into PTYStopped handling for automation (state transitions, follow-ups on agent completion). Clean up unused functions and fields flagged by the linter. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
