Since the project does not rely on newer VS Code features, upgrading these dependencies may be unnecessary and could reduce compatibility with older versions of VS Code and its forks.
To ensure broader compatibility, this PR also adds a
taze.config.tsfile to exclude@types/vscodefrom automatic upgrades in the future.
