One edge case I'd like to point out for each these four conditions is that if the value is 0 then this will result in the value not being sent, which may mistakenly result in generating a gLexId where in fact an iLexId should be generated. So instead, you could have something like:

if (viewportWidth || typeof viewportWidth === 'number')

You could also use Prebid.js's utility function isNumber as shorthand for typeof xyz === 'number'.

I wanted to put this comment by lines 482-483, but Github wouldn't let me:

I'd recommend setting clientWidth & clientHeight to something other than 800 & 600 in your test fixture because 800 & 600 are also the values you're using for innerWidth & innerHeight in your test fixture. This will allow you to feel confident that your tests are validating that innerWidth & innerHeight are taking priority over clientWidth & clientHeight.
