Looks like the original DOAP was here: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/ambari/site/doap.rdf It seems to have been forgotten when the site moved to Git. |

Merging it. I think the precommit failure is unrelated. Will investigate and open another jira to track the CI failure. |
