These still aren't meeting the criteria for inclusion discussed on dev@ and elsewhere. There's been a lack of dialogue on list about what's been happening here for almost 6 months. Please leave out until that conversation is restarted, reviewed and resolved.

yes, those links are also a last step operation. If everything is OK after release we link to it if not we comment some out.
