Minor documentation polish

Changes:

  1. docs/README.md

    • Simplify "Agent Compatibility" link text
    • Remove redundant link from Academy section

  2. CLAUDE.md

    • Add guideline: Do NOT add AI assistant as co-author (code responsibility is on the committer's hands)
