The
getDtmAndSliceof treeseg currently assumes that each of the DTM raster cells contains at least one point, but this is not always the case (e.g., for circular plots). This pull request proposes to fix this by ignoring raster cells that do not contain points during processing.The pull request also includes the changes from #54.
