Also there is not currently any APPUiO Cloud zone with official guaranteed availability. We decided a while ago that we can't have guaranteed availability AppCat software on best effort clusters.

Ah, you mean since APPUiO is SLA best effort, it does not make sense to mention the availability guarantee for the AppCat service since it can't be more available than the platform itself? Makes sense, let me adjust that 👍
