Update release workflow to generate
latest-mac.ymlandlatest.ymlfiles.The auto-updater was failing because the
latest-mac.ymlandlatest.ymlmanifest files were not being generated during the build process, leading to 404 errors when checking for updates. Adding--publish nevertoelectron-builderensures these files are created and included in release artifacts without performing an actual publish.
