@JenkeScheen thanks. Only main request is to change the folder name P3_Data_Core -> Data_Core since it is technically separate from P3.

Adds P2 fitness data in a structured format by using
git submodule. Adds placeholders for targets we don't have fitness data for yet (AFAIK; working on getting a complete overview, can PR that later).Also shuffled stereochemistry notes into a folder for DataCore so that we can at some point add other cores' folders in a more consistent format.
