feat(i18n): add Portuguese (pt-BR) and (pt-PT) translation

Purpose

Add Portuguese (pt-BR) and (pt-PT) language support to the @asgardeo/i18n package for better accessibility for Portuguese (Brazil) and Portuguese (Portugal) - speaking users.
