fix: remove unnecessary loading state management from signInSilently

Purpose

This pull request makes a minor update to the @asgardeo/react package by simplifying the signInSilently method. The unnecessary loading state management has been removed to streamline the authentication flow.

• Removed the use of the withLoading wrapper from the signInSilently method in AsgardeoReactClient.ts, allowing for direct invocation of the underlying asgardeo.signInSilently function.
• Updated the changeset file to document this patch fix.
