[AsgardeoV2] Add support to render select/dropdown

Purpose

This pull request adds support for rendering select/dropdown input components in the embedded authentication flows, with updates across both the JavaScript model and React component layers. It introduces a new Select component type, ensures select options are properly handled and displayed, and updates the flow transformer logic to map backend-provided options into the UI.

Feature: Select/Dropdown Component Support

• Added Select as a new value in the EmbeddedFlowComponentType enum and updated the EmbeddedFlowComponent interface to support an options property for select components, allowing options to be specified as strings or objects with value and label fields.
• Updated the flow transformer (flowTransformer.ts) to extract and map select options from backend input data, ensuring that select components receive their options in the correct format for rendering.

UI Implementation: React Select Rendering

• Integrated the new Select component into the authentication flow renderer (AuthOptionFactory.tsx), including value, error, and change handling, as well as support for displaying a placeholder option.
• Updated the primitive Select component to accept a placeholder prop and render a disabled placeholder option if provided.
• Modified the sign-up form logic to treat select components as form fields, ensuring their values are tracked and validated like other inputs.
