add 1757606400, update latest_asmap, remove 1710770400

This adds the latest_asmap.dat result for the coordinated launch from #31 for epoch 1757606400. We had a match from 3/5 participants in the coordinated launch.

The sha256 hash after encoding the file are:

• filled (encoded with --fill) / latest_asmap.dat: d57c46d617c3f99590556c7000afeef00f211a458b38c4bca4b7c406cef1e1c5
• unfilled e00298d4dab1fd66abd4c7a382b51223630bfe490798fa3c46ba4b2aad2c2c2c.

To confirm the result of the encoding you can use asmap-tool.

387d80bf0bc97ad5b9f131d2164c5060584ad878456c0d661a43431ba089b5f3 final_result.txt

$ python bitcoin/contrib/asmap/asmap-tool.py encode --fill final_result.txt 1757606400_asmap.dat

d57c46d617c3f99590556c7000afeef00f211a458b38c4bca4b7c406cef1e1c5 1757606400_asmap.dat

this also removes the oldest ASmap file 1710770400_asmap.dat.
