Mensa Improvements

This PR will add a new data source for the Mensa page. Our AppWrite backend now contains the data that will be displayed inside the app, that isn't scrapped and instead read from the AKAFÖ XML export.

• Unikids / AKAFÖ Kindergarden
• Snack Automates // Different locations have different snacks. Something like "location selection" instead of day selection is required. Should be backlogged.

Code Quality / Internals

• AppWrite Backend: Use and deploy a cloud function for parsing the XML data. Relates to PR#1 of aw-functions.
• Dependency Injection clean-up
• Bring up-to-date with master / dependency upgrade
