This PR isn't really necessary as what I originally did works fine, but it makes the preferences code cleaner and more efficient on-device. Adds ROOT_PATH from rootless.h to the killall command to have the /var/jb prefix only when building for rootless.
EDIT: I definitely should have read up on theos documentation for rootless when I originally worked on it...
