horizontal scroll using smooth is too slow

mutliple people said that the horizontal scrolling was too slow, overrides the global smooth scrhooling specifically for the horizontal log container, giving native scrolling sideways.

I'm not sure if I correctly understand your issue. The scroll-behavior property should not affect manual scrolling, see MDN: "Note that any other scrolls, such as those performed by the user, are not affected by this property." - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/Reference/Properties/scroll-behavior

I cannot reproduce any slowdown in horizontal scrolling.
