This adds a feature to optionally try reading from a GPG encrypted file, using the GPGME gem. If the file is not GPG encrypted, it will fall back to the legacy behaviour.

This adds a feature to optionally try reading from a GPG encrypted file,
using the GPGME gem. If the file is not GPG encrypted, it will fall
back to the legacy behaviour.
