Changes
This PR removes the hardcoded Fern telemetry headers (X-Fern-Language, X-Fern-SDK-Name, and X-Fern-SDK-Version) from ClientOptions and replaces them with dynamic Auth0 telemetry. It introduces the use of com.auth0.net.Telemetry to generate the Auth0-Client header based on the SDK name (auth0-java) and the package implementation version, adding the header only when a telemetry value is available.
