The az-digital/az_quickstart repo has been updated so that package archives generated by git and composer no longer include configuration files for various local development and continuous integration tools. This should reduce package download times and file sizes and prevent unnecessary files from being included in `--prefer-dist` installations of the package (e.g. on production web servers).
