Fix Swift compilation issues in iOS files

This PR fixes the following Swift compilation issues:

1. Fixed the placement of the refreshContent method in AIViewController.swift
2. Added the override keyword to the refreshContent method
3. Improved comments and documentation
4. Fixed C function pointer issue in DebuggerEngine.swift by using a static method
5. Fixed memory observer warning in CoreMLManager.swift by properly handling the observer

These changes resolve the compilation errors reported in the build logs.
