This PR updates the Python version from 3.11.11 to 3.12 to resolve the build failure issue.
Changes made:
render.yamlto specify Python 3.12.0 instead of 3.9.0Dockerfileto use Python 3.12-slim instead of 3.10-slimThese changes should resolve the error: "Could not find the python executable python3.12"
