A set of Matlab functions to analyze protein structures and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of proteins
Functions use the mdtoolbox package by Yasuhiro Matsunaga and matdcd-1.0 by Justin Gullingsrud, based on the DCD code in VMD. The required functions are included in this repository, under the BSD 3-Clause License.
