I ran into this too. Definitely a useful addition to the README. I think most people trying this plugin for the first time will be trying to speed up an existing deployment process, so re-running deploy:setup isn't something they'll naturally do. |

I ran into the same issue as ghazel and figured that it might be a good idea to include a note about needing to run fast_remote_cache:setup in the README.
