This appears to have broken some core functionality - after manually closing the property, using the view (eye) icon to re-open the property does not work.

Introduced showQuickInfoProperty action and shared navigation helper to route property info from the Quick Info panel through the state machine.
Fix UX issue where, after clicking a parcel in PMBC Results, clicking a parcel in PIMS Results didn’t navigate correctly (and vice‑versa). Missing handler prevented switching between PMBC and PIMS result items.
