Updates many things into from the previous release.

v0.6

Many changes, but mainly better organized code that made space for new functionality in future versions.

There's also a lazy loading mechanism in play now that helps wih faster importing, and loading will happen at the first use of a ML model.

June 2019 Workshop

Stabilizing most things to get the workshop from the first week June 2019 done. There are a few loose ends here and there, but it's stable enough.

Clustering example works, but it's still on prototype. Work to move some of it's functionality into a class will begin shortly.
