Pony & Ocaml implementation, plus Zig-fix

Description of changes

1. Fixed Zig compilation issue on latest (0.15.1) zig compiler Zig code doesn't compile #430
2. Implementation in Pony Ocaml and Pony languages are missing #431
3. Implementation in Ocaml
   both in "new" (non legacy) mode

Details/reasons:

1. Zig is just API change
2. Ocaml implementation of the hardest algorithm (levensheim) was already there, so effectively only boilerplate code was missing
3. Pony implementation is based on Zig code.
