Allow mods to see contrib list

Contributor list is currently empty because the subroutine to fill it (POST_friend) is never called.

See:
POST_friend(self, res, ip, friend, action, redirect, container, type):
in file "api.py"

In order for this to work, this subroutine needs to be called when email addresses are verified. possibly elsewhere in api.py (see "c.user.email_validated")
