This also uses png icons instead of jpg ones as these are passed normally by iRacing's API

I also ran the script and updated all of the
*.txtfiles to have a consistent format. This includes all past and present series that have statistics, using this link.I wasn't 100% sure what the
NNNWNthing before the series was supposed to be, so I just made it the season ID for when there are multiple seasons of the same series.
