Changed the limit issues of Sync

• Changed limit of projects from cloud displayed from 50 to 1000 using patches for gitea-react-toolkit

Test Results:

• When saving a project to the cloud, any project beyond the 50th does not appear in the project list, even though it is successfully uploaded to the Door43 account.
• When a user saves a project to the cloud for the first time, it saves successfully and displays the timestamp. However, when saving another project to the cloud, the project does not save on the first attempt. The user must click Save to Cloud a second time for it to complete.
