Changes:

Added after_txid field to /address/:address/txs endpoint
Fixed GetTransactionList() crashing on coinbase inputs
Fixed GetTransactionList() not returning mempool transactions

Note:

The Mempool transactions stored in database don't have all the fields matching to MempoolSpace transaction, thus certain fields are assigned placeholder values for the GetTransactionList() method.
