Currently, the power button callback code (ex. returning to loader) is run by either releasing the
POWERbutton after a short press, or holding thePOWERbutton for 1 second.This PR fixes this bug so the console can be turned off by holding
POWERfor 1 second.Alternatively, the user can avoid running
setPowerButtonCBin order for the console to turn off, but then returning to loader won't be possible by a short power button press.
