Directly makes an explosion instead of just spawning a TNT
Replace fuseTicks with setFires
remove references to TNT + replace fuseLength with setFires
remove references to TNT + replace fuseLength with setFires

I would like for the explosion size (at least for my server) to be slightly smaller for arrow-launched tnt.
If you want to add it to the main plugin, I'd appreciate it.
It's my first time editing a server plugin, so make sure I'm not breaking anything.
