what do you mean?
If it's about removing of tModLoader.CodeAssist, it's still there.
Look at the file itself on my fork.

I'm referring to the <Import Project="..\tModLoader1.3.targets" />
idk why github decided to include the CodeAssist stuff (which isn't even part of the diff)
