- correct library paths - don't load SpecHelper twice - local jQuery 1.6.2 -- not being able to run tests offline isn't cool

Hey Brad,
This fixes some suite load paths, uses git submodules for jasmine and jasmine-jquery so they can be updated easily without uninteresting diffs in the core project, and incorporates the initial Dateinput specs you added and then removed plus some expansion on those.
There is a failing and pending spec related to jquerytools#480.
