This PR adds default dark theme colors:
This was a bit more difficult than I thought it'd be! It's apparently not well-documented exactly how to include default text colors, but I was able to figure it out from the Python extension.
The pkgdef file was generated from
T4Theme.xmlusing a version of the "theme pkgdef" script in the VS Python Tools repository.Fixes #10
