The R script 1112024_try_replace_colnamescorecsvs.R does not work properly. 1. in the last line cat will just print the expected directory, unless you print the file contents, or do something else it won't check if the file was created. Secondly for me it only writes the files properly when I change the last part...you need to include a 'explicitly ' . try something like
