Step 3. Set up IDE. Visual Studio Code is easy to set up for Go language: <https://code.visualstudio.com/>

Step 3. Set up IDE. You can use any code editor to work on Bazel-Remote. Currently we found Visual Studio Code with GO extension has better support for development with GO language: https://code.visualstudio.com/
