Building from source is very typical for taps, and in this case, changing this could be a breaking change for those not using the given OS/Arch pairs (especially on Linux). I want more prior art before changing from a bunch of other taps, as I carefully considered this decision in 2019. |

This updates the buf formula to download the binary from GitHub releases. The release workflow has been updated to generate the new Formula.
