The SCWG has created a number of ballots over the last year which impact the requirements for Server certificate CAs. The ballots were reviewed to se if the changes are applicable to Code Signing CAs. The goal is to align the requirements to help keep operating CAs more consistent and also to provide mor value. The proposal will add requirements from ballots SC-069, 073, 075, 076, and 078.
