feat: add attribute support to CTA section

• Add attribute support to CTA section Pattern
• This is similar to feat: add id support to patterns #5703
• The request came from @Sophie-32 to add ID support for anchoring links on specific sections in the copy doc template 2.0

Fixes WD-32082

QA

• Go to /docs/patterns/cta-section
• See that the "Default full width" example has ID attached to the section
• Scroll down to the "Jinja macro" section and check that attrs has been added
