despite it looks like an upgrade of
@stencil/corefrom4.23.0to4.36.3, it's actually being downgraded on thepackage-lock.json. (I can remove the^from thepackage.jsonto make sure the version stays fixed)I've reported an issue on stencil repository
stenciljs/core#6526
