- fixed evm-reader `Run`. It was not respecting CARTESI_BLOCKCHAIN_SUBSCRIPTION_TIMEOUT and CARTESI_BLOCKCHAIN_HTTP_MAX_RETRIES options. - Propagate `node` Context and Cancel function to services.
