What is in this pull-request

  • Allow write directly prompb.WriteRequest which contains Histograms and all other metrics, doing this to be more flexible instead of rewriting all the protos as contracts, accepting the prompb.WriteRequest makes is flexible for consumers and do not break the current code.
  • Updated packages which are very old versions of dependencies
  • Bumped to go 1.24.3 that is the latest
