📝 Description of the PR

Features:

• Make the throwFn argument optional in the rethrow error case utility. If not provided, the original error is rethrown.
• Support existingEntity option in VersionedEntityManager.create to skip the entity lookup.
• Support useExisting option in LockManager.acquire to reuse an existing released lock entity.
• Deprecate the BaseHealthIndicatorService in favor of the HealthChecker interface.
